The biggest asset of the Liquid Legal institute is us! With our Diversity Framework project we aim to assess our current state of diversity. Furthermore, we want to explore ways of embedding diversity in everything we do, so we all enjoy working with each other.
As an initial result, the team has agreed to a Diversity Code which you can view here
. The Code is now binding on all our members. In addition, we have created our LLI Diversity Framework. This is currently available to members only.
In the next phase of this project, we aim to generalize our Framework. This will allow our members to re-use our building blocks when creating their own such Framework.
