Membership FAQs

After a careful verification of your data, the admission agreement will be sent to you via the eSignature provider DocuSign. You return the filled out contract back to us. We will then set up your membership.

To get you started in the life of LLI, you will receive an onboarding guide, a series of brief and informative emails, and an optional meeting with one of our Operations staff.

We accept tranfers using IBAN structure and in some cases PayPal payments. If you decide to pay via PayPal please make sure to include a € 5 processing fee. Alternatively you could fill out your SEPA mandate.

Yes. We encourage you to use the SEPA mandate provided as an attachment to your admission contract. We can also send a SEPA mandate via the eSignature provider DocuSign.

No. We do not charge VAT at the moment.

Please note that VAT may be charged retroactively.

Memberships are different from abonnements. An individual can hold an Indivudual and a Corporate memberships at the same time. It is important because only private persons are e.g. allowed to become an ambassador.

If you do not wish to use your second membership, it has to be canceled. Otherwise, the fee will be charged.

Yes. The notice of cancellation does not require any form.
