Legal Innovation Management

Why did we act?

We should bear in mind, however, that in business theory the concept of innovation fundamentally serves as a filter for the huge sea of ideas and inventions by adding the criteria of a positive economic impact for the company.

According to Schumpeter, there are four basic types of innovation incremental, disruptive, architectural and radical.

The way innovation is managed in the legal sector lacks the required maturity level.

What do we propose?

Based on this observation, we join our efforts to

  1. create a community,
  2. understand and discuss,
  3. listen to experts and learn from them,
  4. work on a publication,
  5. make innovation management in the legal sector a success.

How do we do it?

We connect leading experts and motivated persons to work form a community and drive the topic. We are encouraging everybody to join the project. We are meeting regularly (approx. bi-weekly) for 30min to discuss latest trends and topics. In parallel, we are assembling our experiences and the voices from the market in a publication.
