Digitalize public sector

What does digitalizing the public sector mean?

The Liquid Legal Institute e.V. (LLI) promotes new thinking in the entire legal market, both in the private and public sectors. In this project, we aim to identify a first use case to showcase the value of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in digitalizing the public sector. Let’s begin with municipal administration. We are currently examining several potential use cases, for example:

Please feel free to also share your ideas with us!

Why is digitalizing the public sector useful?

Digitization, new business models, and technological innovations are currently changing all major industries worldwide. At LLI, we work with various LegalTech solutions, however we have not yet focussed on RPA. We certainly want to change this! Above all, we want to validate the assumption that we can deliver rapid solutions to public administrations. Additionally,  we want to show that these will be low cost but with a significant ROI. This LLI project will allow our member UiPath to demonstrate its capabilities. Furthermore, it means we can contribute to digitally transforming the German public sector. Moreover, this provides all LLI members the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in this new field of transformation.
In conclusion, RPA will help deliver public services quickly, cheaply and digitally.

How do we get there?

The project team aims to have a first workflow live (on cloud) for a German administration until end of 2019. The project team is currently ramped-up, with a planned kick-off on September 13th. Whoever is interested in participating can contact the project owners via e-Mail (see below).
